IDT designed and implemented a cloud-native, multi-tenant BI SaaS platform on AWS. Client financial data is securely ingested and unified into a governed data layer, enabling consistent definitions of KPIs and controlled access across tenants.
The platform leverages Amazon QuickSight to provide interactive dashboards, self-service analytics, and natural-language Q&A capabilities. Dashboards are embedded into a private customer portal, with each end-customer receiving an isolated account to view their own financial data and reports. The architecture enforces strong tenant isolation, access controls, and compliance safeguards while supporting scalable onboarding of new clients.
