IDT Solution
During the initial discovery phase, IDT gathered TM Group's requirements for the desired remote workplace, including the use case scenarios, applications, user management, security, reliability, and backup. After the analysis and research, it was determined that the ideal solution for the customer would be a Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) based on AWS WorkSpaces. This service offered a fully managed ecosystem that fulfilled all the necessary criteria for reliability, redundancy, and compliance out of the box.
TM Group agreed with the proposal, and IDT developed the detailed implementation plan.
The solution included the integration of AWS WorkSpaces VDI service with TM Group's Active Directory using AD Connector service. To ensure high availability, AWS WorkSpaces was deployed across two Availability Zones and two AWS Regions.
