IDT Solution
IDT designed and delivered a robust, cloud-native monitoring and incident management system tailored to SavvyMoney’s operational needs. The solution was built using a range of AWS services, including Amazon DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, Amazon SNS, Amazon S3, AWS WAF, Amazon EventBridge, API Gateway, SSM Parameter Store, and AWS KMS.
To ensure comprehensive coverage, the system was configured to monitor the availability and performance of production applications, analyze application logs, ingest partner traffic data, and track the health of AWS infrastructure. Real-time alerts were set up using SNS and EventBridge, while secure parameter management and encryption were handled via SSM and KMS. The platform was also deeply integrated with SavvyMoney’s existing toolset—Jira, Confluence, PagerDuty, New Relic, LogicMonitor, and Loggly—to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration.
The result is an automated and integrated environment that improves visibility, accelerates incident response, and reduces operational risk.
